It’s never too late to stop smoking. Even people who have smoked all their lives will improve their health by stopping smoking.

The good news is we can help. Our free and friendly local Quit Your Way stop smoking services can hugely increase your chances of having a successful quit attempt and staying stopped for good.

We offer specialist, personalised stop smoking support every step of the way. Delivered through 1 to 1 telephone or video/virtual consultation, Quit Your Way provides access to FREE stop smoking medication available from your local pharmacy. Behavioural support is also available for those using electronic cigarettes or vapes to aid their tobacco cessation journey.

Stop smoking and start saving.. within 28 days you can feel fitter, healthier and financially better off. Intensive support, with a specialist smoking cessation advisor, is available through Quit Your Way Services.

Opening times: Quit Your Way Community Service can be contacted Monday to Thursday 9am – 5pm, Friday 9am - 4pm; voicemail service available out with these hours etc. Details of clinics are also available on the website and you can drop in to your local pharmacy for support too.
